The Willow City Group is a family-run business specialising in land and property development, investment and management.
Based in Hertfordshire, over our 60-year history we have built up a considerable portfolio of both commercial and residential properties throughout the country as well as undertaken significant development projects from new-build housing to commercial builds and conversions.

Our main investment arm of the business, Willow Securities is constantly looking for commercial and residential opportunities to add to our portfolio. We tend to focus on properties with development potential, problem properties and mixed-use opportunities.

Willow City Holdings was set up to separate our land development projects to improve efficiency and offer a dedicated team and service. Building on our decades of experience and contacts in the development sector, it specialises in finding off-market opportunities to take through the planning process.
